About the Course
This one day course is aimed at any horse rider to learn basic first aid skills to keep them safe. Horse riding can present different dangers and the course covers most injuries and illnesses that you are likely to come across. We also have a 3-day Equestrian First Aid at Work (HSE compliant) for those who need a higher qualification to meet the British Horse Society (BHS) requirements.
All our first aid courses fully meet the UK and European Resuscitation Council Guidelines 2021 as per the HSE requirements.
The content of this and all our courses has been independently certified as conforming to universally accepted Continuous Professional Development (CPD) guidelines and come with a Certified CPD Statement as well as a ProTrainings Certificate and for online courses an Evidence Based Learning statement.
